I have been flying R/C since I was 10 years old. I'm 43 now so I guess that's 33 years!  I've been a Horizon Hobby team member for 10 years and consider this period in my life the pinnacle of my modeling career! My main interest has been flying turbine jets which I have been flying since there inception in the mid 90’s. Additional sponsors of mine related to the jet segment include Bob Violet Models  and Jetcat USA. I also have a  love in flying Heli’s as well. I've been flying heli's since I bought my first heli back in 1985. A Shluter Mini Boy. Wow have things changed there!! I also like to travel to events which include the Top Gun Invitational, Giant Scale Racing and local Heli fun fly’s. I have been extremely lucky to have developed a relationship fellow team member Ralph Braun in which together we created the Winamac Aero modelers. Our annual events include the Winamac Jets Over the Heartland, Choppers Over the Heartland, and the Spiderman Jet Meet. I immensely enjoy the responsibility Horizon Hobby and all the other manufacturers have bestowed on me in representing there products and look forward to each day at the field that I can share my knowledge with Horizon’s customers. Please don't ever hesitate to approach me with any question you may have regarding our hobby and all aspects of Radio Control when you see me at an event!!
